CONSTRUCTION & DEMOLITION HOURS & REQUIREMENTS
Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Construction may NOT be performed on legal holidays or Sundays.
Rough inspections for Electrical, Plumbing AND Fire must pass prior to requesting a framing inspection. If you are not sure whether or not a rough inspection is required, please call the Building Department before you proceed.
*Torque requirements as per NEC 2020 will be enforced.
Property must be baited for rats before construction begins for demolition, addition, new construction and any other work where digging/soil disturbance takes place.
Contractors should be mindful of waste, especially human food, wood and cardboard.
