The Saddle Brook Senior Center is available for Saddle Brook residents 55 years and older from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. everyday.
The senior bus is available for doctor’s visits from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Wednesday (subject to certain restrictions). Food shopping on Thursday at Shop-Rite. All shopping requests must be called in by Monday of that week.
Saddle Brook resident and Bergen County Technical High School Student Jenna Abrams is heading a project that will connect students and senior citizens in Saddle Brook through writing.
Jenna and her group are reaching out to senior citizens in our community to by exchanging letters. The goals are to lift each other’s spirit, learn about one another, motivate and share valuable experiences.

if you are 55 years young or older, "The Savvy Seniors" of the Saddle Brook Senior Club invite you to joins this welcoming hospitable group on the first and third Tuesday each month, 1:00 pm at the Saddle Brook Senior Center.
We are a dynamic, savvy, enthusiastic group of man and women who welcome you to join us having fun and participating in various activities that include trivia, coloring, Memory Challenge, Wheel of Knowledge, Household Hints, Share your Story, Team Artists, discussion group of Hot Topics, Price IT Right, Pot Luck Luncheons, You Tell Us What It Is, creative art fun using shapes and bus trips to your favorite casino. In addition, we also have refreshments.

Along with the activities, visitors may browse through books and spend quiet time reading, play a game of pool, shuffleboard or bring your friends and play cards and chat. The coffee and cookies are free.
