NOTICE FOR LEGAL NOTICES

Notice is hereby given that beginning January 1, 2026, the complete text of all legal notices required to be published in the Township of Saddle Brook shall be obtained or viewed by the public at the Township of Saddle Brook website – saddlebrooknj.us. In addition, the New Jersey Secretary of State will be establishing a Legal Notice Hyperlink Page, allowing members of the public to find hyperlinks to the Official Internet Legal Notices Webpage of every municipality in the state. On or about March 2026, a hyperlink to the Secretary of State’s webpage will be published on the municipal webpage as soon as same is available.

TOWNSHIP OF SADDLE BROOK

PLANNING BOARD

On October 19, 2026, the Saddle Brook Planning Board adopted the resolution Granting Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval with Bulk Variances to Construct a New Loading Dock to an Existing Warehouse Building and Relocate Existing Parking Spaces for Saddle Brook SG East, LLC, 280 North Midland Avenue, Unit O-1, Block 1202, Lots 34 and 35, which was approved by the Board on September 21, 2026.

A copy of the said application and resolution are on file at the Planning Board Secretary’s Office, 55 Mayhill Street and may be inspected by the public during normal business hours. Jayne Kapner, Planning Board Secretary

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

On October 5, 2026 the Saddle Brook Zoning Board of Adjustment Adopted the Following Resolution. Anna Keylin, 505 Hobson Avenue, Block 702, Lot 28, Resolution Approving Bulk Variances to Construct An Open Front Porch on a Residential Structure. A copy of the said Application and Resolution are on File at the Zoning Board Secretary’s Office, 55 Mayhill Street and may be inspected by the public during normal business hours.

Planning Board Resolution August 17, 2026

On August 17, 2026, the Saddle Brook Planning Board adopted the Resolution Granting Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval with Bulk Variances to Use an Existing Building for Warehouse and Wholesale Distribution Serving Plumbing HVAC Contractors, Along with a Pipe Fabrication Operation F.W. Webb Company, 5 Sampson Street, Block 706, Lot 4, which was approved by the Board on July 20, 2026.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

TOWNSHIP MAYOR & COUNCIL, TOWNSHIP OF SADDLE BROOK, NJ

Please take notice that, in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., a Special Meeting of the Township Council has been scheduled for Thursday September 3, 2026 at 5:30 pm at the Municipal Complex, 55 Mayhill Street.

The purpose of the meeting is to appropriate funds for an emergency sewer repair.

Formal action will be taken at this meeting and portions of the meeting may be in closed session.
