NOTICE FOR LEGAL NOTICES

Notice is hereby given that beginning January 1, 2026, the complete text of all legal notices required to be published in the Township of Saddle Brook shall be obtained or viewed by the public at the Township of Saddle Brook website – saddlebrooknj.us.  In addition, the New Jersey Secretary of State will be establishing a Legal Notice Hyperlink Page, allowing members of the public to find hyperlinks to the Official Internet Legal Notices Webpage of every municipality in the state.  On or about March 2026, a hyperlink to the Secretary of State’s webpage will be published on the municipal webpage as soon as same is available.

PUBLIC NOTICE

PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SUBMISSION OF A 2026 BERGEN COUNTY OPEN SPACE TRUST FUND GRANT

TAKE NOTICE: that the Township of Saddle Brook will hold a Public Hearing on submitting the following application to the 2026 Bergen County Trust Fund Municipal Program for Park Development:

• 2026 Bergen County Open Space Trust Fund Application for the following project: Playground Improvements, Structure Replacement, Surfacing at 5^th Street Park
• Improvements are intended to take place at the following park location within the Township of Saddle Brook: 5^th Street Block 105, Lot 22 (no exact street address)
• Date of Hearing: May 7, 2026 at 5:30 pm, Saddle Brook Municipal Building, 55 Mayhill Street, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663

Formal action may be taken. In accordance with the regulation governing the submission of Bergen County Trust Fund Municipal Program for Park Development application, the Mayor and Council of the Township of Saddle Brook will conduct a public hearing to obtain citizen input concerning the grant application.

MEETING NOTICE

 Please take notice that a Special Public Meeting of the Saddle Brook Township Council will be held on May 7, 2026  at 5:30 pm at the Municipal Complex, 55 Mayhill Street.

Items on the agenda will be submitting the following application to the 2026 Bergen County Trust Fund Municipal Program for Park Development:
