MEETING NOTICE

Please take notice that the Saddle Brook Township Council will hold a Special Public Meeting on May 4, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Municipal Complex, 55 Mayhill Street

The agenda for this meeting will be a  public hearing on the Bergen County Open Space application for Kern Park, public hearing and second reading for the following ordinances:  Ordinance #1732-23, An Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 58 of the code of the Township of Saddle Brook entitled Animals; Ordinance #1733-23, A Bond Ordinance to authorize the improvement of Alberta Drive (from Saddle River Rd to Hilda Terrace including Marie Court) in, by and for the Township of Saddle Brook, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, to appropriate the sum of $490,000 to pay the cost thereof, to authorize the issuance of bonds to finance such appropriation and the provide for the issuance of bond anticipation  notes in anticipation of the issuance of such bonds; Ordinance # 1734-23, a Bond Ordinance to authorize the 2023 Road Improvement Program in, by and for the Township of Saddle Brook, in the State of New Jersey, to appropriate the sum of $1,120,000 to pay the cost thereof, to make a down payment, to authorize the issuance of bonds to finance such appropriation and to provide for the issuance of bond anticipation notes in anticipation of the issuance of such bonds

Other items not specifically listed may also be acted upon.  Portions of the meeting may be held in closed session.

Formal action will be taken at this meeting.
