Mayor White and the Youth Group were joined by councilmembers on Friday night to take a spooktacular ride through the town.  All of the homes that registered for the decorating contest were rated and though it was difficult to choose because everyone did an amazing job, below are the results are the results. The winners will be notified and invited to attend the November 10^th Council Meeting to be acknowledged and receive their gift.
