Those finished floors will be installed more towards the last few weeks of the project to make sure they are not damaged. Ceramic tile at all of the bathrooms is 60% complete and will continue at the North end over the next few weeks.

We will be installing the new RTU’s (roof top units and exhaust fans the week of April 11 which will allow final duct connections to the duct we have already installed on the interior of the building.

New municipal complex update #2 -9/14/21

The work continues at our new building as the elevator pit is in as well as the cut out for the windows are complete.

Concrete work continues and in a short time we expect to have various trade groups (plumber, electrical, etc.) start their work.

It’s exciting to share the progress with you as the various components of the building start to take shape.

In July 2021, the Township began its journey of providing a municipal complex for our residents.

We will be posting pictures sharing the progress with you as we take an empty building and transform it into a civic center, Hook and Ladder Fire House, an Ambulance Corps area and municipal offices.

This page will be updated as construction moves ahead.
