The Saddle Brook Rec Cheerleaders cheer for the Saddle Brook Rec Football teams during the fall season. We welcome all girls from Grades K-8 at any level of experience. Our goal is for your child to walk away with cheerleading fundamentals, some new skills, and new friends while focusing on teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude.

The squads are organized into five categories based on the grade the cheerleader will be entering in September.

• Flag- Kindergarten- 1^st Grade
• Mighty Mites- 2^nd Grade
• Pee Wees- 3^rd/4^th Grade
• Juniors- 5^th/6^th Grade
• Seniors- 7^th/8^th Grade

Registration Fee
$100 (Grades 2-8)
$75 (Flag)

• Parents are responsible for some costs associated with uniform accessories which will be sold by the program on designated accessory sale dates. White sneakers, no show socks & navy leggings will need to be purchased outside of the

Flag (K-1 grades): Flag cheerleaders will cheer for Flag football games on Saturday mornings. The Flag cheerleading squad practices three days a week in August into early September from 6:00pm-7:30pm. They will learn a Halftime Routine and Hello Cheer that they will perform in front of family and friends at the Pep Rally the Friday before the first game in September. They will also learn sideline cheers for the games.

Grades 2-8- Practices are three days a week (TBA) from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Their games will be Saturday afternoons. Away games will be held at various locations within the football conference. They will learn a Halftime Routine and Hello Cheer that they will perform in front of family and friends at the Pep Rally the Friday before the first game in September. They will also learn sideline cheers for the games.

* Grade levels may be combined at the director’s discretion.
