On April 6, 2026, the Saddle Brook Zoning Board of Adjustment Adopted the Following Resolutions. Betty Ferreiras, 353 First Street, Block 109, Lot 13, Resolution Approving a Bulk Variance to Construct an Open Front Portico to an Existing One-Family Residence. Stephen and Michelle Wiessner, 31 Coger Street, Block 515, Lot 9, Resolution Approving Bulk Variances to Allow the Installation of a 6 Foot Solid Privacy Fence in a Front Yard. Puccio IV, LLC, 487 Market Street, Block 705, Lot 29, Resolution Approving Bulk Variances for the Installation of a New Building Identification Sign on the Front Elevation of an Existing Building and a Waiver of Site Plan Approval. A copy of the said Applications and Resolutions are on File at the Zoning Board Secretary’s Office, 55 Mayhill Street and may be inspected by the public during normal business hours.

ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 203 ENTITLED “WATER” OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SADDLE BROOK REGARDING CERTAIN FEES CHARGED BY THE TOWNSHIP OF SADDLE BROOK, COUNTY OF BERGEN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY.

published herewith was introduced and passed upon first reading at a public meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Saddle Brook, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, held on March 19, 2026.  It will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a public meeting of the Township Council to be held at the Saddle Brook Municipal Complex, 55 Mayhill Street, on April 16, 2026 at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter, at which time and place all persons who may be interested therein will be given an opportunity to be heard, and during the week prior to and including the date of such meeting, copies of said ordinance will be made available at the Township Clerk’s office to the members of the general public who shall request same, as well as posted on the Municipal Bulletin Board.

ORDINANCE #1802-26

ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 203 ENTITLED “WATER”

OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SADDLE BROOK REGARDING CERTAIN FEES CHARGED BY THE TOWNSHIP OF SADDLE BROOK, COUNTY OF BERGEN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY.                                          

            WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Township of Saddle Brook recognize the need to amend the Chapter 203 of the Township Ordinance as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 203 entitled “Water”, Section 203-1 “Schedule of Rates and Charges the Saddle Brook Code be and is hereby amended so as to add a new Subsection “E” for the required fees associated for water meters.

SECTION 2.

            All other parts, portions and provisions of Chapter 203 of the Township of Saddle Brook Code, be and the same, are hereby ratified and confirmed, except where inconsistent with the terms thereof.  In the event of any such inconsistency, the terms of this Ordinance shall be deemed to govern.

SECTION 3.

            The terms of this Ordinance are hereby declared to be severable; should any part, portion or provision hereof be declared invalid or unconstitutional, said finding shall not affect any other part, portion or provision thereof.

SECTION 4.  

            This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon final passage and publication according to law.
